Our desire is to help local churches evaluate their effectiveness, coach church leaders to assist them in making improvements that lead to greater influence and to provide access to resources that help leaders develop church ministry partners who become more like Christ.
Using the Effective Church evaluation tool, church leaders will discover if ministries are balanced and learn and evaluate key areas that affect the health of the church organization. These include the church's purpose, mind-set, strategy, volunteer participation, teamwork and communication.
At Outcome Leadership, through our partnership with Dream 4 - a leadership and coaching organization, we walk along side church leaders as we help them understand the church culture and provide guidance in encouraging them to give proper attention to each area that can be improved
We provide resources to help the church do it's ministry in the area of leadership development for church ministry partners including evangelism training, basic discipleship training, new believer training and training of volunteers.
